Read moreThis is cultured dining near the top of its tree; in a quiet village away from the South-East. Toby Fletcher and his small team must have worked incredibly hard, both in the selection and in the kitchen, to bring such finely-chosen ingredients to culinary life in the perfectly-created combinations I enjoyed on my recent visit. While dining, I was increasingly aware that this happens also to be one of Ombersley village's most historic, and best-preserved old buildings; a favourite photographic subject of the "black and white village" trail.
