I recently had the pleasure of dining at Still Smokin BBQ, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. This establishment truly deserves a resounding 5-star rating for its cleanliness, excellent barbecue offerings, complimentary drink refills, and friendly staff.

From the moment I stepped into Still Smokin BBQ, I was impressed by the level of cleanliness maintained throughout the establishment. The dining area was spotless, and the attention to detail in maintaining a hygienic environment was evident. It's reassuring to know that the owners and staff prioritize cleanliness, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the barbecue. The flavor and quality of the barbecue at Still Smokin BBQ were nothing short of excellent. Each bite was a savory delight, with the perfect blend of smokiness and tenderness. Whether it was the melt-in-your-mouth brisket, succulent ribs, or juicy pulled pork, every item on the menu showcased the expertise and passion of the pitmasters. The variety of sauces offered allowed me to customize my meal to perfection.

One delightful surprise was the policy of free drink refills. It's a small detail that made a big difference in my overall experience. The ability to enjoy unlimited refills on my favorite beverage without any additional charges was a generous touch that added to the value and enjoyment of the meal.

What truly set Still Smokin BBQ apart was the staff's friendliness and warm hospitality. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles and prompt service. The staff members were attentive, knowledgeable, and eager to ensure that my dining experience was exceptional. Their genuine passion for barbecue and dedication to customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction. It felt like dining among friends.

In conclusion, Still Smokin BBQ is a barbecue haven that ticks all the boxes for an exceptional dining experience. From the immaculate cleanliness and inviting atmosphere to the mouthwatering barbecue, complimentary drink refills, and friendly staff, this establishment deserves a resounding 5-star rating. If you're craving top-notch barbecue, served with warmth and hospitality, Still Smokin BBQ is the...

I read some of the reviews before going here. Allot of great reviews with some not so great but thought I would check it out anyway. When we arrived the truck parking next door was almost full but there was only one car in the parking lot. To be honest I expected the food to be mediocre at best. I was totally wrong. The staff were really nice when greeting us and preparing our food. Both my wife and I got the chopped beef sandwich plates with two sides. I had the jalapeño baked beans & Mac & cheese and she got corn on the cob and pea salad. I also ordered two ribs ( they sell bbq ribs in small orders). Going into the dining room we found it empty. This usually is another red flag for me... I would soon wonder why this place was not packed with a line half a mile out the door. Taking the 1st bite of our sandwiches both my wife and I realized we had made it to bbq heaven. I had the spicy bbq sauce and she had the mild. Most bbq places “spicy” sauce is a lie at best. The Still Smokin spicy sauce holds no punches. It has an amazing flavor but also a really nice kick. Not overwhelming but still a kick. The mild sauce is perfectly flavored also. But let’s get to the meat - it was perfection. Usually with bbq brisket there is WAY too much fat, especially with chopped. Not so with Still Smokin. The meat was smoked to perfection with very little fat mixed in - just the right amount and just the right amount of bark on it. And the Ribs - these are like meat pops that you don’t want to share with anyone. All of the sides were perfectly prepared too but the hero here is definitely the meat.

& to all of those that gave a bad review - you obviously have no taste buds! This place is excellent. My new favorite bbq...

Update 11-4-2021: Don't eat the Potato salad today! It tasted of Joy detergent! Yuck! They must have not washed the dishes good enough! It happens when the water is soft like it is out here. Today's meal was horrible! The bread was old too! -2 stars for today! Got the Texas Trash today. The only difference between it and the fully loaded brisket Baked Potato is the trash uses Frittos instead of Potato. I fully believe the Potato is much better and more filling. I'm going to stay away from the potato salad for a few months.

3 weeks ago: Total of $18.30 for what you see in the picture (3 meat pulled pork plate, baked beans, potato salad, jalapeno peppers, lays chips, dr.pepper). Restrooms are very very old, but seem clean as old can be.

The spicy sauce is okay, but isn't spicy enough for a metal stomach like mine.

Most people come here and takeout their food home as I sat there to eat and watch. So, if you think this place is empty, it's because everyone is doing takeout.

They have several bottled soft drinks (coke, diet coke, dr.pepper, diet dr. pepper, big red, water, root beer, root beer zero, cream soda...I don't remember anything else, but there was several others), foundation drinks, and I think Teas. There's no beer or alcohol! But then I didn't ask if they allow BYOB, because Texas is a BYOB state.

At least you pay now and not surprised with a bill later! There's no waitresses.

A pretty young blonde skinny girl was severing me today. She's direct and polite at the same time.

I hope I helped you with all this information! I'll update it the next time I go.

So far, been going at least...

Good ol TX BBQ, my first time eating here but I gotta say that the jalapeno sausage was my favorite. Perfect bite and just the right spice gives it my top honors. Next up are the ribs, perfect bite and pull with what I would call a down the middle flavor which I think plays to everyone's tastes buds. Then there's the brisket, again a down the middle flavor but very tender and juicy. I found that it was easy to eat and in my opinion meets everyone's tastes. For my side's I had the green beans which I wish had a little more seasoning and maybe a little more fat added to it but overall it was good and I had the potato salad and toast you can only get with they type of toaster they have. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean. Overall I would give it a 7 out of ten. Next time I'm gonna try the potatoes and peach cobbler.

We love this restaurant! We found this place on a trip to Dallas and now we make sure to stop every time we pass by. I've been to barbeque places all over Texas and their brisket is right up there with Cooper's, without the high price tag, and I think their barbeque sauce is better! Folks that run the place are very nice and the place is large enough to accommodate dining in for many families, even with the new 6 feet apart restrictions. The building is older and not so fancy, but it is clean and the bathrooms are always clean and stocked. Four stars only because, to me, the sides are not at great, but where they are lacking in sides, they make up in homemade desserts. Give them a try, they are worth the drive.
