Lynette's Cuban Bakery is an outstanding bakery that offers some of the most authentic and delicious Cuban pastries and dishes. The bakery is located in a cozy and inviting setting, and the moment you step inside, you'll be transported to the vibrant streets of Cuba.
The bakery's menu features a wide range of traditional Cuban dishes, including pastelitos, croquetas, empanadas, and cafe con leche. Each dish is prepared with the freshest and highest quality ingredients, ensuring that every bite is loaded with flavor and authenticity.
One of the standout items on the menu at Lynette's Cuban Bakery is the croquetas. These fried dough balls filled with ham or chicken and a creamy béchamel sauce are a staple in Cuban cuisine, and Lynette's croquetas are some of the best you'll find anywhere. My Cuban wife, who has very high standards for traditional Cuban food, said that the croquetas at Lynette's were very good and tasted just like the ones she used to have in Havana.
Apart from the croquetas, the pastelitos at Lynette's Cuban Bakery are also exceptional. These flaky pastries filled with guava, cream cheese, or savory meat are a perfect snack or breakfast item. The empanadas are also worth trying, with their crispy exterior and flavorful fillings.
The cafe con leche at Lynette's Cuban Bakery is a must-try as well. The coffee is strong and flavorful, and the steamed milk adds just the right amount of creaminess to the drink.
Overall, Lynette's Cuban Bakery is a hidden gem that offers some of the most authentic and delicious Cuban pastries and dishes in the area. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of the food and service is exceptional. Whether you're a Cuban expat looking for a taste of home or someone who loves trying new and exciting foods, Lynette's Cuban Bakery is...

In the past, I have had great experiences with Lynette's Bakery! I have ordered a cake and eaten at Lynette's a few times. All were great!
This past week I tried to order a cake over the phone and was told that they now do all cake orders via Facebook. The lady also told me she wasn't sure if she could have a cake ready by next Wednesday. But wouldn't tell me for sure until I filled out the proper form onlline. I was in a hurry and was hoping to just do it over the phone, but no problem, I went to FB and submitted. After 24 hours of not hearing back about my cake order, I went to Lynette's website and filled out the contact form on the website to see if they would be able to fulfill my cake order or not. Again, no response. It has now been 48 hours since I tried to order the cake and have still not heard whether they will be able to get my cake done by...
Read moreI live in NJ and wanted to send a sampler of various food items from Lynette's to my friend in Aberdeen, NC, for her birthday. I attempted to do this through Grub Hub, and because of my distance from Aberdeen, there was an issue in accepting my order; however, I was able to leave my name, phone number and email address which enabled the cafe owner, Ray, to call me directly. Ray very kindly emailed me his menu and offered to deliver whatever I ordered and to email me an invoice. It all worked out fine, and he personally delivered the order this morning. My friend was thrilled to receive all of the goodies. She indicated she had heard many good things about Lynette's and would be sure to try them in the future. Thank you, Ray, for your exceptional service and beautiful array of food items. Judy H....
