Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Aberdeen

Horrendous, most disorganized pizza hut I have ever been in. Employees didn't really care either. One employee cutting pizzas would text on her cell phone then cut pizzas, no gloves either, very unsanitary. Cashier, when there is one cannot even count change properly, tried to short me over $10.00. Employees wandered in and out of the store without helping customers. Employees did not have any customer focus, it was like we should be glad to finally get an order at their whim. The time I was there they had screwed up almost every order they were filling. After getting my refund since they didn't even have a clue what my order was, even though the screen on the wall said it was complete, there were about 20 people waiting in the little store. This store is doomed for closure unless proper management and installing into the young people working there a sense of customer focus is instituted. Too bad was happy to finally get a pizza joint in town. Will consider spending money there once the problems...

My wife placed an order at 10:14 Saturday October 12th. Got all her notifications that it was ready at 10:40. She just had a newborn baby and was really hungry. She gets hungry all the time because of how much she has to breastfeed. She has to have our baby with her it's so much. She loads up our baby and heads to the restaurant to carry out and they say they never got her order. My wife asks if she can still get her order. She was told it was too late to make her order and that she would have to order what was left over. We asked if it would be discounted and was told we would have to pay full price. She left because I believe my wife shouldn't have to get scraps at full price. Ridiculous. I called up there and spoke with the manager crystal and asked why this happened. I could not get a good answer. Totally uncharacteristic of this restaurant to have such poor service. Food is always great but will certainly think twice about ordering carryout if this is what happens!...

I thought since they redone their store & we're under new management we would try Pizza Hut again, give them a chance to redeem their self. We didn't even get to do so! The sigh says Lunch Buffett 11-2, we walked in at 1:40 on a Wednesday & the pizza bar looked liked they had just opened the store, no sign of pizza, no plates, no pans, not even an employee cleaning it as if they were just closing the bar.
