UPDATE: Wed, June 4, 2025 8:15am If anyone eats here, make sure you record giving your order. I am changing my stars from 3 all the way down, to 1.... You have a manager with anger management issues. At least she told me she's a manager, she lied so much about us, that I don't honestly know if she is a manager like she said or not. She straight up lied about our order, and then came at us when we pointed out it's wrong. And on the second time around, she still didn't have it right. The entire time she's going off on about us loudly so that we can hear her, and anyone else thats in there can hear her too. When I confront her, she loudly yells over me and will NOT shut up long enough to listen. Then she thinks showing me the receipt that SHE wrote up, some how proves something? Look, I get it if she's embarrassed that she made a mistake. Maybe she needs it to be our fault to keep her job? Fine, I've told people it's fine, they can blame it on us if they want, I don't want them fired over a mistake and I know how companies are. What are they gonna do, fire me as a customer? So go ahead. But she strait up blamed us and continued to freak out on the other employees as well about us, while they are trying to do their job. What she did, how she acted, was insane. She needs help and I want to talk to someone about her. Because if something isn't done, I'm going to start recording when I get orders there, and I'm posting them and how we are trsated every time she acts like this for no reason, as well as sending them to corporate. If she's treating me this way, I can't imagine how she treats employees. I want someone to contact me. We were having a good morning, and then she messed up the good vibes with her anger. I have already sent an Email to corporate, as well as sent a message from their site. I will keep writing until I hear back. Maybe do something about your staff, i believe this was the manager maybe.. Yesterday I came in and and older guy said he's been standing there for 10 minutes. Which I believe because that happens sometimes at this one. After about 3 minutes I threw my keys on the counter to make noise. Nothing.. The manager was working the window, and wasn't acknowledging people at the counter at all. Walking by, doing what ever for the window, and was kinda slow. About 10 minutes later she finally acknowledged that we were there. She was short, and not happy about having to wait on us. While she was finishing up with me, the guy said, "oh I need mine to go" of which she didn't acknowledge. So I said, oh he wants his to go.. of which she told me she heard him. Now other guys came in and her tone completely changed and she was polite and cheery. If either of us spoke to her, she was right back to her snappy unhappy self.
I live near here, and my husband is a trucker. So not only do I frequent this one because I'm down the street for the last 7 years, but I understand the need for drivers to pick up something to eat and get back out on the road if they are on a 30 minute break. I've seen a trucker go off on them a time or two in the past, and I've explained to them why a trucker would be testy if they just ignore them for 10 minutes or take a long time to get food out. I just wanted them to understand that they can cause them to lose a load or get in trouble with their boss, and all they wanted was a bite to eat. Most of the time in the years I've been here, they are nice and get to you as fast as they can. But yesterday was completely uncalled for. That guy told me that he had been driving a long time. His hotel is in Salina and wanted to eat on the rest of the drive so he could go right to bed when he got there. And this is how he was treated. I felt really bad for him.    Read moreBrand new Hardee's inside of a brand new Loves. I loved every second of it! We were greeted as soon as we walked in, helped in a timely manner, and everything was stocked and still smelled new! At Hardee's, we were helped by Rhonda C. I hope she stays pleasant and happy forever! She was just the sweetest woman! I ordered the Mushroom and Swiss and it was delicious! The bread was fresh, I could taste the char on the burger, and it was cooked perfectly! The onion rings weren't the normal Frozen and fried that I've grown accustomed to on the road either! They suggested honey mustard with them and it was definitely a first for me, but it was also amazing! I then went to get some energy drinks from the store side and there was a boy training on the resister. He and his trainer were on the same page the whole transaction. They communicated well with each other (still made a few jokes with me) and were still more efficient than the last place we stopped. It was so refreshing being in such an energetic and positive...
   Read moreCame in from the lake around 1030pm5/28/23. Waited 25mins for our food. My daughter didn't get her milk with kids meal so we sent her back in to get it as we had other friends inside. The lier behind the counter told my daughter that she don't get one because of the extra drink we had gotten! We only got 1 drink with our 10 strip meal so my wife went back in with our daughter to get. The guy behind the counter sat there and said, "what about the cup you STOLE!!!!! He said, "The cup you reached over the counter and STOLE" infront of our 8 year old daughter! My wife told him, "she wanted to see the cameras RIGHT NOW of this action going down". He said, "I'm not going to argue with you about it" and gave her the milk.
Also the strips had so much fat in them it was unreal. This WAS a regular thing we do, NEVER AGAIN!
Short staff or not, NEVER a way to treat a customer! He's lucky he didn't wear the drink or milk. To say something that obviously he had no clue about and be NASTY about it is 100%...
