AfterHours Food Truck — Restaurant in Abington

I was super excited to find a food truck in the South Shore open as late and for it to be Brazilian. The location is easily accessible, ample parking and lots of outdoor seating. I was super surprised to have found that there is also an ice cream bar with a wide variety of topping for you to choose from. We ordered the loaded hotdog, it was extremely tasty- I just wish it was hotter. All the toppings made it a bit too cold for my liking, however I still indulged. We also ordered the Crunch Burger which hit all the right places.

What I didn't appreciate and would have loved to see was a bit more cleanliness. There were about 5 people talking away next to the griddle while 1 took my order and made the hotdog. The fryers were ready for fries or Coxinha's but there were crumbs all over the fryer there was also crumbs all over in between the tray where the toppings were. Luckily I'm not allergic to any of these items however if there was any seafood near by, I would have re-considered ordering because of the hazard contamination with the crumbs overlapping between the trays. After hearing about this place from family members I wanted to give it a try. On Saturday June 7, 2025 I decided to go. Miss read the hours and showed up around 8:15 and was told they don’t open till 9. Got back in my car and waited which was park right at the first spot of the white fence. I assume if looking at the truck on the right side would be where the line starts. As I sit in my car I see the staff taking an order from one guest around 8:40ish. So I get out my car and stood literally at the fence which would make me first in line. Another Brazilian man came from the other side and places his order before 9 and it was taken. At this point I got back in my car which was 2 steps from where I was and left. I understand that everyone wants to take care of their country man but let them know if you have other guest waiting before them and take my order if that’s what you are going to do.
