I usually don’t leave negative reviews, especially as someone who’s been in the restaurant business for over 20 years. I currently own two restaurants in Georgia and previously owned one in Nevada, so I fully understand how things work behind the scenes. Mistakes happen. But how you respond to those mistakes is what makes or breaks your reputation.
I placed an order through Uber Eats. The driver delivered the wrong order. No big deal, that can happen. I called the restaurant, spoke with the manager, and politely asked if he could redrop the fries since they would have to be resent anyway. He said no, that he had just bagged them up. Not exactly the response you would expect when a customer spent good money, especially when you know the food is about to sit even longer while the driver makes a second trip. Still, I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
When the replacement order arrived, it was completely wrong. I paid almost 19 dollars for each burger and added everything. Egg, avocado, grilled onions, cheese, the works. What I received was a basic burger. Just lettuce, tomato, and a little mayonnaise. Nothing else. Both burgers were wrong, and I was embarrassed because I had company over and had been hyping up how good this place usually is.
I tried calling back immediately, and suddenly the phone went straight to voicemail. I tried several more times. No answer. No way to reach a person. I didn’t want to leave a bad review. I know how frustrating it is to be judged without a chance to make things right. But I did try to give you that chance. You just didn’t care enough to answer.
This isn’t just about food. It’s about customer service. You’re in Acworth. If you can’t get the basics right, like answering the phone, correcting simple mistakes, and making customers feel valued, you will not last. People are spending their hard-earned money during tough times. The least you can do is treat that with some respect.
Well anyway, if you look at my record, because I do a lot of my work from home and I manage restaurants, I order from you at least three times a week. You lost a customer. I will never order again. I will never refer anyone to you. And I will tell everyone I know in Acworth and in the restaurant industry to avoid your business.
You had a good thing going. But customer...

First timers here, I must say my wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the food, value, and service here. Over the years we’ve had to lower our expectations for dining out. It’s been a while since that “triple threat” combo has happened.
Wife got chicken tenders. Excellent Fresh, not frozen, hand battered. Three is all anyone needs for a meal. They are large tenders. Highly recommend.
I had the single smash burger. A great smash burger. Single was great but from now on I’ll do a double I think. Highly recommend.
One of the few places I actually liked the fries over the tots. Wife loved them. Weird for me to say that, but we both preferred the fries.
Didn’t have a beer this time but the draft options and full bar choices will be taken advantage of in the future.
Back of house kitchen was fast, even with a 12 top table seated ahead of us. Cudos to back-of-house! You made it seem effortless, without compromising the quality.
Mylah, our server, did an awesome job making us newbies feel right at home. Very friendly even with being busy and slammed. Explained everything and took the time to answer every question. Checked back often as well. Good job Mylah!
Value for the buck was better than anything. Rare these days. Better portions than any fast food, and most sit down joints out there. Out of two lunches, we had A Large take home meal leftover. So in reality we got three meals for less than the price of two somewhere else plus an awesome milkshake dessert.
Two people, great meal, easily could have gotten out under $30 total. A great new place we put on our...
Read moreWe’ve eaten here 3 times in two weeks - we live just up the road in the Seven Hills neighborhood. Here is my feedback:
First time we visited the husband ordered a burger with garlic parmesan fries, I ordered wings with a K pop grazing plate and a chocolate shake.
Burger and garlic parm fries were excellent. He said “Like Five Guys fresh, but better!” (regarding the burger). I really loved the wings, not super tiny and good sauce (I got korean bbq sauce). The K Pop grazing plate fell really flat for me and didn’t have enough meat in my opinion. People rave about the shakes - it was just okay for me. Almost too much milk added so it was not as ‘chocolatety’ as I would expect for a chocolate shake called Choca Choca Chu Chu (I laugh every time I say it though!).
On our second visit, we both got burgers. I got the Shroom Burger with garlic tots and onion strings. The husband built his own and got garlic tots too. Now let me say I love onions, almost an unhealthy love…LOL. Someone forgot to salt the poor onion strings and they were really not flavorful. I was soooo disappointed. It’s almost like not salting fries…..sacrilege. Ha! I wouldn’t order the onion strings again.
We went a 3rd time, same burger orders for us both and fries for the husband and garlic tots for me. Still excellent!
Not perfect orders every time, but I don’t expect perfection if it’s more good than not. This is a novel of a review, but we really did enjoy it and glad we have an option i beyond ‘fast food’ so close to home that’s something other than Mexican food (and I love...
