Best wings this side of the Mississippi, coolest people anywhere. I recently moved out of state, and I’m proud to tell people about the best wings I’ve had, here at Maddie’s! Freshly made and perfectly fried with nice, clean oil. Their food specials provide better-than-home-cooked flavors at prices that make it more enjoyable to go out! The bartender is prompt and friendly, as are the rest of the staff. They are also very consistent. My family and I have been here dozens of times and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Great little small town tavern. I stopped in for lunch, heard they had great burgers and was not disappointed. Meat was seasoned very well, Maddie wouldn't give up her secret, but I tasted a good amount of black pepper. Delicious. Bun was fresh, and obviously from a bakery, not a bag. On this day I had a choice of chili or fries, I chose chili, which was also excellent. Served from a crockpot over by the salad bar. I was very pleasantly surprised! As others have stated, almost everything you eat is made here, and is good. Not only that, but it's fresh, clean, and abundant; I got a lunch special, which came with a salad & soup bar and fries.

I'll definitely come again when I'm in the area.
