Called store and spoke Kendra to inform her whom ever made my subs put mustard on them instead of honey mustard. Had no lettuce on either sub and asked for meat to be heated and meet was ice cold. I wanted my food remade. I was going to bring the old subs back in. She was rude stated I chose non toasted and that it was my fault. Because it was durning rush. When i and my daughter picked up the subs no customer was at subway and employees were no where to be seen. She told me to call the store and speak with her manager when she is in the next day. Food all over the prep counter, wrong items in wrong bins (beef in chicken tin), 5 of the tins were empty, glass smudged and streaked everywhere, and the servers were going in to the back, touching register, touching everything and not once changed their gloves! I was shocked and disgusted! No manager in sight, so I donāt know who was training these two boys, of which one was obviously not ready to be working on his own....

However... at this visit, at least one of the employees was visibly I'll and was wiping her nose on the back of her wrist while making the sandwiches and while ringing me up. I understand the struggle with making ends meet and not being able to take time off because you need to live. Totally get it. Take better care of your people, Subway. I wound up throwing the sandwiches away outside. Wasn't the employee's fault. Just wish she hadn't felt like she needed to...
