I'm very disappointed with the service I received at this subway store. I went to the store to purchase 2 subway sandwiches for lunch. The employees were fighting and shouting at the back of the store before they came to take my order. So I ordered as usual and I have my coupon with me that says buy 1 footlong sandwich and get another one for free, which I used the same coupon last week when I went there, the coupon was not expired until 11/20/20 and I got the coupon insert on a Wednesday mail. When I was about to pay, I handed the coupon to the cashier and she said that we don't accept coupons here, so I was confused because just last week I was able to use the coupon at the same store. But today, they are not honoring the coupon that I have, I told her that I will only pay for one sandwich because I was thinking of using the coupon that's why I ordered 2, the cashier said that I should have told her that I will be using a coupon prior to ordering, but under the terms and condition of the coupon, it didn't state there to show it before ordering. She added that other stores might accept it but they don't so I told her that I used it last week, and she just shrugged her shoulders at me. She demanded me to pay for the 2 sandwiches. I didn't want to make a scene so I just paid for both sandwiches. This is unacceptable and very bad customer service...
Read moreTerrible, by far the worst experience at any establishment EVER. Ordered 3 subs for delivery on the subway app only got 1. No big deal it happens, checked the app no way to get any help, says to contact the store…ok… I call the store and I’m met with the worst, most Vile, and RUDE lady i have ever had the misfortune of having to encounter, named MINDY. To make a long story short, and I wish this was an exaggeration, when I called it was nothing but “I don’t know” and “I can’t do anything about it” Even towards the end when asked for her name her initial response was “I don’t know” after asking multiple times “you don’t know your own name? You’re telling me you don’t know your own name…?” I finally get “mindy with and H” clearly this is a reoccurring issue here with there service, here’s the kicker she called me back about 20minutes later asking if I was able to cancel the order (like if I had option on my end I would’ve wasted time going back and forth with her) and then asking me if I wanted her to cancel it. YES!! that is all I have been wanting. What and absolute joke and a mess of an establishment. Please save your money and time as the moment something goes wrong they will be of little to no help and make you jump through hoops...
Read moreI've eaten at this subway location several times and I've never had an issue with food sickness here. I have gotten sick at other Subway locations since I was a kid, mostly because of the meat, veggies, and condiments not being kept cold, something that's plagued Subway for years...... Until I tried this location for the first time....I had swore I never would go to Subway again, I'm happy to say I found one that I do not get sick at after eating there so that is a plus. However, they're very cheap with the toppings, a few sprigs of this and a few sprigs of that and if you ask for extra they put one extra spring of green pepper or whatever. I asked for heavy black olives I think I got 9 slices of olives..... And if you don't ask for extra olives you get five. I if you're looking for a fast fresh sub sandwich late at night and you don't wanna get sick afterward this subway is solid choice, but don't expect generous topping unless you...
