NOT A WALKING TOUR. JUST STANDING AROUND NOT SEEING A THING FOR 2 HOURS. DO NOT RECOMMEND. GO TO ANOTHER TRUE coffee TOUR.

The talking portion could have been cut short. I wish we would walk while discussing information. We stood a lot to hear so much information that was not dedicated to just coffee. Or just begin the tour on the benches of the cafeteria. I love to be educated but this was ridiculous. My family were so bored and I could see other patrons were as well. If you want to stand around and not see anything while hearing a hour long speech this is your place. I am all for learning but with paying $15 per person you want to at least enjoy the tour. We started at 10 am and we have not gone anywhere just standing in front of the cafeteria listening to extra info. Until 11 am. That is not a tour. I have been to several types of tour and this has been the worst. If they wanted to just give information prior to walking they could have a video with all the info while patrons sit down. After 30 min in and we regretted driving almost 2 hours for this tour. We then stopped a few steps more for another 20 min seeing nothing still. So it was 11:30 and we still have not seen nothing after starting the tour at 10. We walked a few more feet still have yet to see the factory, we saw a few plants then stopped again for another 15 min of just rambling. Then we walked a little back to the cafeteria where the actual "factory" is at. Go to another...

I'd give Hacienda Tres Angeles more stars if I could! This place is absolutely beautiful and everyone was exceptionally hospitable. It's like finding a secret treasure in the mountains! We went with our 12 year old and one year old and we all had a delightful time touring La Hacienda. We took an incredible guided coffee tour with Naomi who was welcoming, friendly and informative. We learned about the Hacienda, coffee farming, interesting facts about the history of coffee, and harvesting and processing of the beans. We concluded with a fabulous coffee tasting and pastry. Every part of our experience was high quality, including the very charming cafe and beautiful views. One thing to note for travelers is to really take a look at the the route you take. We came from the South West and Google maps took us over a mountain on unnamed roads which were somewhat treacherous, especially in a tiny compact car! We found a much more manageable route for the drive back! It was well worth the treacherous drive over the...

I had the most traumatising experience today with my husband 13 yo daughter and our dog. We came there and they were closed.nothing special so we turned around and wanted to go back to car when 4 huge rotwailers came, but our dog(only luck he was not torn apart by them) and were aggressive towards us. We were lucky enough to have the door of the car open so I threw the dog into our car(literally) and we all jumoed unside. If my husband, former doghandler, would not start to scream at the dogs they would probably tore us too and the day would have a totally different turn. I do understand people want to protect their property but imagine small kids would be outside! They could’ve been dead by now!!! At least have a gate there or some warning! Never again....

I wish I could give this 100 stars! We stopped in this afternoon just to buy a bag of coffee. There was no way we could choose just 1 of the beautiful bags so we got 1 of each! (The bags are in the frame in the last photo) We were unable to do a tour because we have very young children but we were lucky enough to meet the owner, Juan, upon arrival. He graciously gave us a little history of his beautiful farm and let us taste a cup of his delicious coffee. The views from the deck are outstanding. This really gave us a whole new perspective and appreciation for his coffee. This was 100% the highlight of our vacation and we will definitely be back! Even if you can’t do a tour, I highly recommend stopping by!
