Brioche Bistro — Restaurant in Aguada

This place was on our way from Aguadilla going toward San Juan. We were looking for a yummy breakfast spot before we made our drive. The staff greeted us right away. They have an extensive menu with options for everyone. We each ordered a coffee- I had the Invierno (marshmallow, vanilla, cinnamon), and he had the Verano (pistachio, caramel). Lovely and full of flavor. For food, the S’mores french toast caught my eye. They were out of marshmallow that day, but with the other toppings and flavors, I didn’t miss it. Ah, it's nice to find a place where it's just pleasant to be. That's Brioche Bistro. Beautiful decoration, pleasant music, and the food is the cherry on top.

Service was a little slow to take our order, but after that, our waitress was excellent.

The food is pretty damn good. I had the varied lunch, my partner had the wrap. Presentation was 10/10. It all looked beautiful and appetizing. P.S. their mangú was maybe the best I've ever had.

Prices are higher than average.

We ordered an egg and cheese sandwich and a chicken/waffles platter. This is not a cheap place but we were eating with disposable cutlery and when our drinks were brought to the table there were no glasses or ice, just a mildly cold beverage straight from the can. The sandwich (egg and cheese) was basically a grilled cheese with 1 egg (completely unseasoned) placed on TOP of the sandwich, not in it.
