We were just there yesterday and we were shocked at the lack of customer service and food safety! They looked irritated by us walking in. After ordering 4 açai bowls and a banana split, we sat down outside. As our 11-year-old began to eat his banana split, we found a sizable piece of glass sitting right on top of the banana split. If he had swallowed it, there is no question it would’ve cut his throat and his intestines. We walked inside with it and gave it to them, and they looked at us like we were out of our minds. She just shrugged her shoulders. Not to mention, they use way too much Fabuloso/cleaning supplies. That is why we sat outside to begin with and so we didn’t have to stare at their rolling eyes. I have months visiting Aguadilla location and since a few weeks ago they are serving half of the presented portion in pictures and that a year ago. Desconozco si los patronos son malos o no, lo que sí sé, es que el cliente que lleva su dinero y escoge gastarlo ahí, merece respeto y la desencia mínima de cordialidad, los modales básicos no deben ser un problema. En la última visita al vernos llegar apagaron el letrero de abierto y faltaban 30 min para cerrar, la chica de muy mal humor nos dijo que estaba cerrado aunque la puerta seguía abierta y el horario indicaba que cerraban a las 10pm, eran las 9:30pm y luego prosigio a notificar que si queriamos mantecados, paletas o limonadas nos podía atender, si deseábamos otra cosa, no. Accedimos al mantecado y se molesto más, atendiendonos de mala manera. Francamente no entendí, si no le gustaba el trabajo, si estaba cansada, molesta con la compañía...no lo sé, pero el cliente que culpa tiene?
