La experiencia fue muy mala fui a celebrar un logro personal a ese lugar y me trasladé desde Rincón hasta allí , este lugar se encuentra localizado entre Aguadilla y Moca gasté gasolina y tiempo para llegar a Fratelli y que terrible experiencia , cuán arrepentida estoy de haber ido a ese lugar ,las cervezas que nos sirvieron las cuales eran Medallas de botella estaban bien calientes . No dijimos nada pagamos y nos fuimos a sentar a una mesa dentro del negocio (esquina izquierda cuando entras ) y cual no sería nuestra desagradable sorpresa cuando encima de que nos vendieron las cervezas bien calientes una empleada joven de pelo largo rubio oscuro se nos acercó y nos botó de la mesa cual si fuéramos dos perros realengos alegando que la mesa estaba reservada cuando la misma NO TENÍA UN LETRERO NI NADA QUE AVISARA al cliente incauto que dicha mesa estaba reservada no decía absolutamente nada. La empleada me hizo sentir humillada profundamente pues habían clientes que oyeron y vieron el bochorno que nos hicieron pasar . Le dejé la cerveza allí puesta en la mesa a la empleada y me fui — luego ya en mi vehículo me arrepentí de no haberle pedido mi dinero de vuelta —nos fuimos nos arruinó la noche esta empleada y empleadas como ella es que los negocios nunca van a prosperar . Gracias a Google por permitirme hacer la reseña aquí puesto que para colmo les hice la reseña de esta situación en su página en Facebook y me bloquearon el comentario . Tal parece que quieren dar imagen de perfección pero yo DOY FE de que no lo son al menos con nosotros no lo fueron .No recomiendo este lugar tienen cero en servicio y calidad . Mejor me quedo en mi casa antes de pisar este lugar otra vez...
