The Coffee Spot — Restaurant in Aguadilla

Wow! I was so surprised by this place. First of all, the coffee is fantastic. I ordered the Jibarito coffee. And they had a great array of specialty coffees to choose from. Probably the best I’ve had and I’m pretty particular when it comes to my coffee!!

What I didn’t expect was live entertainment while we were there - a young woman played the most beautiful melodies on the piano which was such a nice touch. She really was feeling the music too and it’s always nice to see an artist enjoy their music! I wish they had turned down the radio while she was playing because the background music was distracting - we wanted to hear HER play! We did eat breakfast and it was reasonably priced but not anything really special. The scrambled eggs were very overcooked and it was kind of just thrown together on the plate, but that didn’t take away from the experience overall. If I go back, I’ll order coffee only and skip the breakfast because the coffee was worth every penny...

Rarely can I justify giving any place the most stars available, but when you visit The Coffee Spot I would be surprised if you gave less. It gets busy so expect a short wait. We arrived about 9:30am on a Saturday. The cook and barista were like Speedy Gonzalez and the customers appreciate their hard work. In the pictures you will see the menu on the wall. As you can see the pianist was a nice touch. I recommend going to the cashier and scan the QR code as it will give you a more detailed menu. I said hey it's rated 4.7 stars lets go there. First waited for about an hour to get food. The person who took our order seem very pleasant with everyone there (locals) but had a really rude and annoyed face while taking our order. When food arrived she just dropped it didn't say a word and continued on with her job not asking if anything else was needed. Food wasn't good pancakes were uncooked. Pretty much left everything on my plate. My partners order wasn't correct but we didn't bother it would've taken another hour for them to make an omelet.
