The Lab Bar and Restaurant serves bar food with a Latin emphasis in an open bar and outside patio experience.

The jalapeno poppers are the best I've had. They're a cheesy-creamy blend and perfectly fried. The chicken wings have a great crackle on the skin and the BBQ on the side is sweet and smoky. My complaint on the wings were two of them were tiny; they'd typically be "bonus" wings. But those two counted as part of my six, so either it was because I was a tourist, or there's a general quality control issue there, but either way, it detracted from a potential 5-star experience. The fish tacos are amazing, with fried grouper and a tangy sauce, and I highly recommend ordering them. The chicken quesadillas are also a great option.

The service was excellent, and the two staff members who helped us spoke great English, which is extremely helpful for tourists. The dining area is open with high tables, or they have a bar and outdoor patio option. There are TVs all around with various sporting events or news programs on. Weĺl: First of all, you definitely need more employees to help with the customers, waiting more than 30 minutes to maybe be served drinks, food, etc. When a party or event, they should have their own host to attend just them. Leave others to host the surrounding tables. Everyone gets confused, whom to host/serve, and even collect payment. One or only two persons should only be accepting payments. One or two persons should only be on the outside taking orders , not going crazy, inside and out. Everyone One is running like a chicken without a head. Omg.. they need to organize staff, and staff needs to stick to the plan...great place to enjoy yourselves with friends and family, and it just needs better management. Music was nice, young girl singing beautiful/ guitar man great also. I hope some of my ideas help rememberi am from the outside looking in....

Have to give a big zero to the place. Not too busy tonight an the lady bartender was distracted with the cellular phone and chatting with other bartenders. Too busy wasting time instead of giving to us good service and attention. My couple and I had to wait long minutes with empty beers and drinks. Perhaps no good timing, no good luck, to get the best of the place because of these...
