Vito & Sons Italian Pizzeria — Restaurant in Ahoskie

Being the only Italian restaurant in Ahoskie, you would think that the food would be good but upon arrival you can clearly see this place hasn’t been cleaned or renovated in YEARS. Giving this place one star is generous, if there was an option for 0 or even negative stars, this place would be well deserving. Everything here is pre-made or packaged from appetizers to entrees. Thank god I ordered pasta instead of fish or chicken because based on the performance of the tortellini I ate, I would’ve been even more disappointed and potentially poisoned. The tortellini in the Cafeteria at Chowan University easily outperforms that of which I ate. Although I do have to give them credit for making the food hot by microwaving it, the Alfredo sauce was greasy and lumpy. Glad to have wasted $25 on a bad meal that was half the portion size it...

Me and my husband Went there tonight was told to sit anywhere so we did, the waitress came about 5mins later and gave us menus and said she will be back to take our order so waited. 15 TO 20 MINS later still no service or anything, then another couple (different race)^^ comes in the same waitress told them to sit anywhere in here which was another section of the restaurant she followed them to the table with menus ask them what would they like to drink ,then came back with the drinks ask what they would like to start off as an appetizer at that point me and the husband kindly exited the restaurant never had service to that magnitude. So we're we not as important as the other? Do our money hold less...

We decided to try this place for the 1st time since it been vito's. Went Monday, 10/14/24 around 3:30pm and we will never go again. We were told they was only serving buffet so we tried it out. DISGUSTING... the Hamburger & gravy and mashed potatoes was the only thing good. I wish I had took pictures the set up was those pans with the propane heaters & only 1 serving utensil per 2 dishes. Employees children getting food with their hands and fly eating the dessert. The next couple came in & was told they could order pizza, we were not given that option so that pissed me off. A little advice for the cook...you in the south and can't fry chicken so please stick with...
