I’ve seen Jessica LeeAnn’s review and she is spot on how the manager is at this subway, so rude and acts like it’s your problem. So me and my mom typically go to this subway and we NEVER had any issues until 2 weeks ago, my mom was eating her sandwich and she pulled out a piece of hair with something that looked like gum attached to it, mind you that this wasn’t her hair color, she was disgusted and so was I, she called the Subway and the manager said to come back to the restaurant so she could see the evidence and so she could remake the sandwich, so we did, and I was the one to go in and show the manager because my mom can’t get around that good, I showed the manager and she kept saying that no one has that hair color during the time whoever made my mom’s sandwich, she was very insistent and acted like she didn’t believe me, she really didn’t want to remake the sandwich either but she only did it because she promised my mom, but instead of making a 12 inch (my mom’s original order) she makes a 6 inch instead which is really not fair when the original was 12 inches, afterwards, my mom decides to get a hold of corporate and thankfully they were so nice and the lady on the phone was able to give my mom a full refund on her sandwich which in my opinion is what the manager should of done in the first place. "BEST ALL 'ROUND" IN CUSTOMER SERVICE,(this highly trained, super-friendly crew, operated so well together that all really notice is the one on one experience w/the person fixing your sandwich, as it should be! What you DONT SEE, is the "well oiled machine" of a team that are running to the back to grab mayo for the girl making my Italian BMT, never has to break eye contact and the other team member slides her the filled mayo bottle at the precise time it's needed! THIS TEAM ROCKS! ( not for the simple example I just used here, but for 10-15 others I caught from the moment I entered the store! This experience was TOP NOTCH in the way of CLEANLINESS, SERVICE, FRESHNESS, TASTE & QUALITY of the food alone, but a ROCK SOLID TEAM of employees that are super friendly & know their store and menu enough to explain the subtle differences in breads, meats cheese etc. I do love Subway so I've been to enough stores to know THIS SUBWAY ON AIKEN AUGUSTA HWY IS THE GOLD STANDARD IN SUBWAY...
Read moreOnce I placed my order ,she then recognized me as a regular customer, The young black lady working the window TOLD me" not to speak to her like that". Having previous problems with them getting my order wrong , I was articulating each word, in a regular tone of voice,with my car engine turned off. When I asked her to confirm what she asked of me, she glazed over it as if I didn't hear what I heard. Her attitude was excessively rude. When I pulled up to the window I asked her again "Did you tell me not to talk to you like that" and she replied ,Yes! And lied saying I was screaming into the speaker at the window" .. I heard the co-worker in the background giggling thinking this was funny. Because this is not the first issue with the workers at this particular location I will not be going back ...I can do my business elsewhere.. that little girl does not need to work...
