Subway — Restaurant in Aiken County

If you’re a person who likes surprise meals when ordering online this subway is just the one for you. You never know what you’ll get. This place is absolutely ridiculous. Several months ago our order was completely wrong, the worst part my kids milk was out of date by several months. Today 7.25.25 around 5:00 we ordered again to see if the employees and food were any better.. to our surprise they’re still an absolute joke! The only thing they got right was the cheese pizza’s, the subs were literally two different subs with completely different veggies and sauces.. I usually don’t leave reviews or comments on places but this place needs to do a complete turn over with their employees, management or something. Jackson doesn’t have many food options around, the least they could do is hire people that will pay attention to detail and double check themselves before tossing food...

This Subway used to be my favorite location for dinner at work. The foot long cold cut combo used to be reasonable. The people there used to be friendly and professional. This is no longer the case. I called 3 times to order a sandwich like I used to. The phone rang many times and was ignored. When I arrived there were no customers at all. They Only had white and wheat bread, they were unfriendly and simply made my sandwich and charged $8 for the cold cut combo which used to be $5 only 2-3 months ago. This Jackson SC store #29004-0 on Atomic Rd is ripping people off! U need to double check your receipts when u use a coupon-- they are charging for the free 20 oz drink and dine in taxes. We went back in to show the clerk a.nd she insisted that "that's the way I have to ring it up". She made 2.68 on us!!! WHAT A RIPOFF. We're reporting this to their corporate...
