Snake Pit BBQ — Restaurant in Akron

Before this i have never felt the need to review a resteraunt unless i want to call them and complain. I've been exploring Colorado a little bit and have ate at several barbecue places. They have either been dry and overcooked or way too expensive for no reason. Saturday the 18th I came and got a singular pulled beef sandwich and a water and a homemade rootbeer. A teenage boy in a poison shirt (had amazing taste considering it wasn't his generation!!) Within 3 minutes he took my order, made and served my sandwich which was more than enough to hit the spot, and accommodated my extra requests of onions and a to go bag. Gave good conversation and was funny. Best customer service I have ever had and the beef tasted great!!!...

Picking up a load decided to try this bbq place. Start it off staff is awsome friendly. Place is very cool with arcade. I ordered there rib sandwich special and I also ordered a sandwich meat sampler with pork chicken and beef. Also ordered chili cheese frys. I must say I opened it all and tryed a lil bit of everything and. By far the best bbq place I have been to. Being a trucker we eat all over the country. Next time I'm in the area or Denver I will make the drive to get there bbq. Love...

At first I thought it seemed a little pricey but I understood cause its all smoked bbq and a lot of time and work goes into it. But when they brought me my families food (An order of nachos, a pizza, their steak special, and a sandwich) i didnt think they charged me enough. Crazy amount of food and it was all delicious. The young man who took my order and served me was super kind and helpful to me and my family. My kids spent time in the arcade, loved the look of it!!...
