Jack's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Alabama

This has to be the worst Jack's in Alabama. You are ignored for over 10 minutes, 3 ppl in the kitchen just going around eachother looking like they just obviously didn't have a clue what they were doing. 1 biscuit in the whole expediter area where food is. There was a young mother and child. An elderly couple standing there all this time also, me thinking they're waiting on their food. 2 vehicles in the drive thru. Drive thru perso. Overwhelmed.... kitchen totally lost. The boy at the counter, not acknowledging myself.... and I conti ue to wait.... The manager ... walking around without a care. Finally I asked the boy for the online order , oh... put a biscuit asked for the other... walking ground back and like lost... finally put 2nd biscuit in, I said a drink goes with this.. ok I'll fix it, ... stops ,starts to take the elderly couples order and im even more floored.. he walked away in the middle of taking their order, started fixing my drink... Manager finally goes to register ,looks and says what's this? The boy didn't take the money for their order. She fussed on him... did I mention one of the ladies in the back yelling over and over no pork chops, no pork chops... if I could give 0 rating that's what this store would get. I look at the Manager, who obviously is not qualified as a manager.. ok, im thru... WORST JACKS, SERVICE and Manager I've ever in my life...

Upon arriving at Jacks it was old run down needs updating as the ceiling was leaking all over tables and floor Pamela was out there trying to clean it up and dry it when we went thru the door she happy and loudly welcomed us as she made her way to the counter to take our order!!! Very polite professional friendly fast service !!!! Made our food brought it to our table and went right back to trying to fix the horrid situation with the ceiling pouring water covering the register to protect it I just wanted to give a shout out to Pamela Garrison @ Jacks in Curry she deserves a raise or at least a Good Job button she is always the sweetest thing and I eat there regular jist to see her smileing face is refreshing and puts my family and I in...

We love eating at Jack’s. Except the Jacks in Curry, AL. We have been in this area for 7 years and this restaurant is in major need of remodeling. The restaurant is near Smith Lake and is only fast food around for miles. The ceiling tiles are stained and buckling from leaks. The floor tile and grout is greasy and disgusting no matter how many times you mop it. The walls are scuffed peeling paint and dirty. The ice-cream freezer is beat up and dirty. The appliances are old and disgusting. The bathroom is terrible. Windows are nasty too. I feel sad for the employees that have to work in this kind of environment. What does it take for someone to get this store remodeled and updated? Hopefully not...
