Subway — Restaurant in Alabama

This Subway restaurant in particular is among my top two in regards to Subway shops, (and I've purchased from / eaten at A TON of Subways..) I was happy from the get-go honestly, because mozzarella was an available cheese, and PLENTY of locations do not offer it if they don't also provide the 'personal pizzas' as a menu option.. but what actually sold me, believe it or not, was the customer service. Being a people person, and customer to many establishments, I do appreciate it when an employee remembers me. Because I had never been to this exact location before, I was wildly surprised that this manager had remembered me, (f4om another job of hers), from weeks upon weeks ago. She also went above and beyond to ensure my order was nothing short of perfection, and that is saying a lot, because although I may always order the exact same two subs.. they are extravagant.. and extremely precise. For example, literally every topping is pretty much measured out before it is put onto our subs. So, let's just say she got it right the first time, no problems.. and did it with a smile, that's how it's supposed to be; you do a little extra for me- and I'll tip a little...

The food was horrible. Both my children were sick from the chicken. The staff was slow and rude. They were bothered to understand children don't always know what they want especially when there are so many questions. I paid almost 40 bucks for 3 6in and cookies. The only thing good at this location was the cookies but they aren't made by this staff.

Customer service and food have been horrible in the food industry but this spot needs revamping and a complete overhaul of the evening staff. They had three employees working on a Friday night with a line of Customers with only one of the three workings. One stepped up to help another but the 3 stood there leaning on a counter doing nothing when there was an obvious need for help from all staff members.

worst customer service i’ve ever had so pretty much i came in at like 8:50 and google says they close at 10 but to be sure i asked the woman that worked their if they was still open the woman said yes and once we walked up there she just walked off then came back saying now it’s more dishes she’s gotta do so me and my gf order our subs along with her mothers i asked for her mothers separate but the woman didn’t really care and screwed up on all three orders but when i was going to get her mothers she said well now we are closed so hurry up and then once we finished y’all good now in a sarcastic tone i see that woman alot because i used to eat there all the time but now i never want to come back to that subway i felt so rushed and pressured to get my food that i didn’t even bother...
