I'm not giving any stars. I spent almost 25.00 on my order. Not worth a penny. The thing is I called. Manager got on phone and said if I brought them back tonight she'd make new ones. Rudely saying that's all she could do. I am a senior citizen. Can't drive after dark and live in a different town. Almost a 20 mile round trip. Plus it's storming. Now the buns were hard as a rock. She said I shouldn't of got them toasted. I always do at that store. Never a problem b4. Buns on both. The chicken smells bad. I wouldn't feed to my dog. Took the steak and cheese off the bun and put on a burrito shell and sharing. It's a shame when you spend that on sandwiches they treat you like this. Manager was very rude. Like oh well. They for some reason had an issue with their card machine I tried running my card normally and tried thru Google pay. It was declined. The person with me rain their card still failed. But it was our cards not on her end that there's an issue. Finally another employee said something and they tried doing a balance check on a subway gift card. Then that two failed.
