El Remedio - Micheladas y Mariscos — Restaurant in Alamo

Walking in the whole place was filled with Halloween decor which was pretty cool! Was greeted right away and sat quickly. Ordered a beer while I looked at the menu and mentioned I saw their tostada special. The waitress was very informative in telling me what was on the tostadas and made a couple of recommendations. I got the aguachile negro and I got the tropical scallop tostada. They were delicious! Both were really good but once I finished with both of them I ordered another of the tropical one, that one was epic. Ordered a shrimp cocktail and a vampiro to go and it was ready in a timely fashion. I don't know why someone in the reviews complained about the price point. Everything here is reasonable priced and the 2.50 tostadas I got were loaded! Easy 5-7 dollars anywhere else. Needless to say I was extremely pleased with this place and I will definitely be a regular. Can't wait to get back. Wish y'all...
