BrewHaHa Espresso — Restaurant in Alaska

An aboslute joke of a coffee shop with employees who apparently have either no attention span or the inability to actually make a drink, even if the ingredients are given to them one at a time. I purchased a home right up the road and was initially stoked that a coffee shop was in passing, but that excitement quickly turned to disappointment.

I'd repeatedly gotten coffees from there and each time it was either made incorrectly or just poorly. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because again, the convenience of the location was top-tier. With that said, I proceeed to try an assortment of about 10 different hot drinks, to include their specials, to see if there's ANYTHING they can actually make that tastes like its supposed to... No dice. The closest thing that didn't taste like hot garbage was their spicy mocha, and it's likely due to the fact that the spice masks their awful burnt coffee.

I then thought okay, well it's impossible to mess up a lotus or redbull, and boy was I wrong about that! Can't even add the right syrups, or like most recently, ANY syrups - So awesome.

I've had a few friends move into the area as well and the first bit of advice I give them is avoid this place like the plague until new employees that actually know what the hell they're doing work there, because this is an absolute joke of a coffee shop.

Absolutely the best place hands down ever !!!! I have been going to them for a number of years now and the service is so impeccable in friendly that even at one point I had forgotten my purse @ my house but had already ordered the owner of brewhaha paid for my entire order with nothing more than a smile and some laughter never once looking at me or judging me like I was trying to scam or cheat them customer service like that does not happen without compassion and in my opinion that is what makes small...

Usually I don't leave reviews, while the service is excellent the past couple times I have been there they messed up my drink order, a red bull SODA for a smoothie. And, when I ordered a ham and cheese croissant the cheese wasn't even meleted all the way, too much ham and the croissant was lukewarm. They also messed up my coffee order. It's too expensive for such bad quality drinks and not being cared for...
