I would have chosen NO stars except it wouldn't let me. My family went to this establishment on Fri., 6/2/2017 for dinner. While my mom and stepfather enjoy their food and service I had the most unbelievable thing happen to me. I ordered the French dip, which I had never had before. I also asked for the fries to be crispy. When my plate came the fries were perfect but the sandwich looked a bit dry. I took two bites of the sandwich and found it to be incredibly dry. I tried dipping the sandwich in the au jus and found it to be a little bit more flavorful than a bowl of water. I asked our server for assistance and expressed that the fries were perfect but the meat was incredibly dry. I also said I thought the meat was cooked in the juice. She took the au jus and said she'd have the cook "put more stuff in it". I couldn't imagine what that meant until she came back. It tasted like bad beef bullion and SALTY.... I then had to go get her because she never came back and I said it was still unacceptable. I told her I did not want the sandwich. This is where I was completely SHOCKED ...... she took her bare hand, grabbed my sandwich, placed it in her other bare hand! She then came back to my plate to pick up the pieces of meat that had fallen out! I could not believe she did that! s he never offered anything else..... I will NEVER eat at Denali...

This is the second time i ate here, the first time was disappointing also, the vegetable was obviously from a can and the rest of the meal was subpar. But i thought i would try it again because the reviews looked so good. Anyway tonight's meal was so bad, i will never eat here again. I ordered the pork chops with mashed potatoes. The pork chops were the consistency of the sole of a shoe (way over cooked, could barely cut with a knife), the mashed potatoes were out of a box (really!! charged $17.00 and it was out of a box???) and the corn on the cob was so water logged it no longer had any taste to it at all (i don't even know how to describe the gravy). My friend ordered the captains plate, which looked to me to be over fried. It seemed fine to her until she bite into the halibut and found it to be rancid, i really thought she was going to throw up, i mean she was gagging and turning red, they said they would take it off of the ticket but didn't, she paid so i didn't know this until we left the place. Anyway, if you like canned vegetables, packaged mashed potatoes, overcooked food and rancid seafood, this place is for you. I'm thinking that the positive reviews were from the people that work there or they were paid...

A friend asked me to meet her there for dinner on my way home this evening. I ordered their Gyro Sandwich, MY GOD am I sorry I did that. I should have just cancelled the order when it came with ice cold meat, I had the waitress touch the meat to feel how cold it was. When she brought the plate back, the fries were REALLY hot, the sandwich........... well, the cook should have put the meat on the grill or in a pan, I suspect he put it in the microwave, it wasn't really hot, and it was a pretty horrible, probably frozen pre-made meat. What was really bad was the TZATZIKI sauce, which SHOULD be yoghurt and cucumbers, olive oil, pepper.............. this was sour cream and ONIONS, and I mean ONIONS..... I still can't get rid of the taste 2 hours later and a couple of toothbrushings. I know.......... I wasn't at a Greek Restaurant, I SHOULD have known better. NASTY NASTY NASTY!!! I've even handwritten a letter to the manager with a few TZATZIKI SAUCE recipes.......... I'll never know if they even pay any attention to my letter, because I'll NEVER go back...

Good variety, but the eggs were overcooked, and the hashbrowns were undercooked. The location is ideal because it's on the way to everything and I want to like it. The staff is friendly, so it's worth another shot. Update: I've been there for dinner a few times. Pretty good. When I saw "Monte Cristo" on the menu, I was tempted, but after having the club sandwich with sourdough that isn't really and adding swiss cheese that isn't really, I was nervous about what other shortcuts I'd encounter. The other diner at my table ordered chicken strips that came out a little dark. Safer than undercooked, but still tough to swallow. Great place for burgers!!

A true test of skill is being able to cook a well-done steak that isn't burnt or dry. Regardless of how one likes their steak, I like to test a restaurant to see how they do make a well-done steak. I can easily make a juicy one that isn't overdone or burnt or dry at home and have restaurant experience- so I know it is a good test of the chefs skill. Many steakhouses fail, but this little cafe succeeded perfectly! Needed a tiny bit more salt, but so tender and juicy. The staff is polite, restaurant is clean, food is good (slightly overpriced in my opinion but it is good) Definitely recommend it.

My wife and I went here for the first time, upon entry we noticed it was a very clean and welcoming establishment. The waitresses were very nice, making small talk and smiling as they were prompt with refills and clearing the table. The food was delicious with great serving sizes and the coffee was so good we had to ask what brand it was. For the two of us it was just over $40. We enjoyed the Christian music playing over the speakers and found out the owners are believers in Christ Jesus. We can't wait to come back and bring our whole family.
