Jenny's Coffee House — Restaurant in Alaska

I came here on a Wednesday morning about 3 weeks ago and the young blonde girl did great. I just went with my parents to get some warm coffees today Saturday at 12pm and it was absolutely horrible. All three of our drinks were almost undrinkable we couldnt drink half of them. We got a soy latte that wasnt steamed properly, a tan mocha that still had the chocolate chunks floating in it without being stirred, and a spiced chai that wasnt even warm and wasnt stirred either. To make it worse it took her 15 minutes....

My fiancé and I love this coffee shop. On our way to the musk ox farm we had to find something warm for the frigid Alaska temperature. We were greeted with a warm friendly smile with excellent customer service. The coffee was phenomenal so was the hot breakfast sandwich. This is a great stop! I haven’t had the milkshakes but was so tempted. I went for an iced latte and it was fantastic! They have more on the menu then the average Alaskan coffee stand, including Polish or Reindeer sausages. The service was excellent.
