Little Millers Bogard — Restaurant in Alaska

So im hoping this will reach the owner to improve the crew that was working today. I pulled up to little miller's, not aware that the weekdays close earlier than the weekends (we usually go on a Saturday) this is no problem at all. However, I didn't realize because I cannot google the times while driving. I pulled up around 7:05 to little miller's off bogard, I see a gal inside so I start checking the menu, I notice after about 5 minutes, no ones came to the window although there was no vehicle on the otherside when i pulled in (again, i didn't realize it was closed) I went ahead and googled it, and sure enough it's closed! I was hoping to express how wasteful it is for both my time as a customer and ya'lls time as closers to allow someone to sit in the drive through for 5 minutes without a simple "sorry we're closed." I've accidentally pulled up to shops after closing before, and have always been greeted kindly and let know that It's too late! It doesn't take much time, and honestly is much more professional to let people know rather than see they have pulled up and are patiently waiting. As a born and raised Alaskan, I always love us some little miller's & highly enjoy the small family owned business, so im in no way complaining about the products sold. Thank you for the great food, now that I'm more informed on your times, the mistake won't happen...

This was our first time here and unfortunately the lady In shorts and a tank that could have been a baby doll lingerie top provided the dullest customer service ever. No smile, no enthusiasm and very clear she did not want to work, serve, or be there. We got 4 cones, a shake and a cup of ice cream. I originally wanted a banana split and her response was that they didn't have any banana boats....... What's a banana boat?! I assume the tray or dish it comes in. Golly. When she realized we had no idea what she was talking about then she said "I can't make it". To top it off My pistachio left a bad after taste and that poor customer service did too. We don't plan on coming back. HOWEVER, The ice cream did look cool so i will give them that and my kids thought their ice cream...

Have been here before and it was delightful with my friends. This time i took my wife and it was terrible the girl at the window was dismissive. when we were asking about the menu and what to get since my wife has never been there before and has some food allergies so just trying to be safe by asking but instead we get a "I'll leave you alone for a few minutes to make a decision." what decision we still didn't know what to get for my wife. in the end my wife started to cry from feeling ignored. she went from really wanting to try this placed i talked up for awhile to never wanting to go back. The ice cream is good but the service...
