RW'S Hamburger House — Restaurant in Alaska

Very insulted and dissatisfied! Short version: They put me on a do not serve list because I placed a ToGo order for one cheeseburger and fries at the wrong location and wasn’t able to pick it up(I don’t live around here and didn’t know there were too locations) I even called to apologize. Very very rude customer service!!!

Long version: Called to place a to-go order and didn’t know there was a Wasilla location. I went to pick up my order realized I had mistakenly order from the wrong location. It would have take me at least 30 minutes round trip to get the one Cheeseburger with fries I had ordered . I felt bad but that just wouldn’t have made sense, especially with the roads icy and it was snowing. I called the Wasilla store to tell them sorry, I didn’t know there were two locations and I wasn’t able to pick my order. The Wasilla employees were very rude and told me I was put on a do not serve list because I “refused to pick up my order.” I feel bad that I couldn’t pick up my order but they handled it very poorly so I will not be going back there and I will not be recommending it to people. Mistakes happen and there is no need to be rude to someone (who doesn’t even live in the area) for a simple mistake. The Palmer location even said that it happens once a day. Used to go there all the time food was great when the owner was there now that they have another store me and my wife went and had lunch at the one on the Palmer Wasilla my wife ordered the deep fried mushrooms we got them my wife ate two mushrooms and found a hair in it one week told the waitress or the lady that was at the counter we didn't even get it I'm sorry didn't get a refund nothing took took my wife's meal weight in the back threw it in the garbage and said nothing we did not even see the lady again after that I right now in driving down the road and just drove past RW burgers and on my way to Mickey D's because they're you at least get a little bit of customer service save your time eat...

Don't waste your time with this place. I know Wasilla is small but this place was not good at all. First of all, they do not accept debit or any type of card...cash only. Which was pointed out by having the ATM right there, that charges 3.00 for it to be used.

Ordered our food, but shocked to see that for additional 5.50 you get their fabulous frozen store fries and small drink :-/. Very run down facility with some simple fixes could be done. Overall, not worth the time or funds to visit here. Only went because of the good reviews, I'm sure those people don't...
