In for Lunch at 2 PM on a Friday in late June. They only one open table but it looked like most of the others six tables inside were finishing. But no one was waiting on a check or in a hurry to get out. The two waitstaff were pinned to the order entry machine/register for the next ten minutes before noticing we were there. When the server came there was no smile or welcome - dropped menus and walked on. This place is located on a river that has a diverse salmon run in SE Alaska so I asked what species of salmon was used in the special. The server had no idea and was unwilling to ask anyone - made me feel if it was a strange question. It gets better... then she couldn't tell me the the price (she said that she would check but she didn't) or difference between BBQ salmon special on the dry erase board and the BBQ Salmon on the Lunch Menu at $11.99.
