Stopped over at this little shack on the way from Anchorage to Denali. Didn't know what to expect and were pleasantly surprised with their menu. They offer all types of coffees, teas, and snacks, and to top it off, the owner/server was super friendly and knowledgeable. He not only brewed excellent coffees for us but also shared tips for the rest of our trip to make sure we have an amazing time while we are in Alaska! I wish we could've stopped there on the way back as well, but I can't wait to visit Alaska and enjoy a sip at Toasted Joe's!

We got Red Bull smoothies on the drive to FBX- it’s right off the highway! The smoothies were so delicious and the cranberry orange muffin was the best I’ve ever had, and not dry like a lot of muffins. The service was fast and friendly. We ordered online before pulling up and missed a special they have on Thursdays, so the barista gave us a coupon card for next time. Will definitely be stopping again on our drives to Wasilla.

This place is a neon sanctuary of caffeination. Its unassuming exterior hides the magic of the drinks that are created inside. The service is phenomenal even in the early dark hours of the morning. The staff will spoil your fat dogs with treats and introduce you to the most amazing of concoctions if you’re willing.

I love this place! One of the best redbull smoothies I have ever had. Not only are their drinks on point their snack and food selection is unreal. My group got coffee, redbull smoothies and a few orders of the Toasties for our road trip. If you don't know what a Toastie is just do yourself a favor and go get one. I will definitely be trying the burrito next time I drive through. The baristas are friendly and everything is made with two scoops of love

My favorite place in the entire area to get drinks! The 30 minute drive for me to get here is so worth it. I never know what I want, but Joe always knows and makes some of the best tasting coffees and smoothies that I’ve ever had (at unheard of prices). The food and bakery items are also great! Special notice to my favorite creation of his: Pineberry/Passionfruit Redbull smoothie. It’s AMAZING. He’s so friendly and had recommendations for me being new to town. Highly...
