09/19/2024☆☆☆ Knew it could not last. Service was slow. The ticket shows Cheerio as cashier. The cashier had wild dreadlocks, appears to be working swiftly, but constantly dropping sporks, bags, and just hustling but missing things. He was positive on customer service, apologizing to customers. I ordered 2 combos, # 16, 4 piece dinners, wing, leg, thigh, breast, mash potatoes with gravy, and Mac & Cheese. The second one is the same chicken pieces with dirty rice and coleslaw. When I received the order, I repeated it, 2 wings, 2 legs, 2 thighs, 2 breasts, dirty rice, coleslaw, mac & cheese & mash potatoes and gravy. He said yes, sir. Upon arrival at home 30 minutes away, the disappointment was frustrating. One order 100% correct, and the second order was legs & thighs. The rice was outstanding, moist, meaty, and perfectly spiced. Coleslaw, great, the thighs & legs were frustrating. After my meal, the ticket showed he had punched in thighs & legs. So, the hustling to move on caused him to miss things. So my previous 4 star reviews fall to 3 stars on incorrect chicken pieces and service.
06/19/24 ☆☆☆☆ In town, on this side of town. I had to wait a few minutes for the chicken since it was still breakfast service. The wait was worth it. Customer service great. Food delicious. If they could master the dirty rice dryness I would rejoice.
04/24/23 ☆☆☆☆ Craving dirty rice and chicken. Stopped here. Again, customer service was great. Chicken was good. Dirty rice was dry but good. The lobby attendant was busy and doing an excellent job.

I'll go again and hopefully my experiences will continue to be good ones.............WELL I tried to post a new post today 3/20/2022 I guess I have to just add on to my first and second post......Let me say first the food was fresh and good.....Now the lady at the drive thru window...I pull up to give my order asked for no salt fries with my order....She says I would have to wait 4 minutes...I said I will wait... Some how I don't believe she liked my response...anyway I pull around to the window paid for my food. Don't no how to explain this part but you know how u lookup and u catch someone kind of starring Like something they trying to see but catch them off gaurd and they look awkward after that....Any way my food now at the window and I ask can I have some Honey for the biscuit....She kind had a slight irritated look on her face as she went to get the honey....I asked her is it a problem that I asked for the no salt fries...She responds no there's no problem....I said have a nice day.....Don't know if she is the manager or what But if you don't want to be there then Don't be there....Because we as customers are paying for good service as well as good food....I will remember and hope I don't get the same employee next time...she has a large letter M behind the right ear.....yeah I wont...
Read moreI don’t normally go out of my way to complain but the interaction I had in the drive through really bothered me. A young lady working the drive thru (dark skin w/ red braids) between 7pm and 8pm on the 7th of March. This young lady does not need to be working in the drive thru with such a sour energy. Zero customer diver skills, zero personable skills, she seems to hate her job and hate anyone that dares to order food while she at work.
Her attitude was so bad that I literally lost my appetite. Had she not swiped my card so fast I would’ve chosen not to purchase food from this location and driven off. She needs basic training on customer service. At least how to great customers at the speaker and at the window or she needs to be put someplace far away from customers. We all have bad days but she ruined my mood with her horrible bitterness. I had a full blown conversation about her at the gas pump with the person that order just before me and they had the exact same experience. We left the drive thru angry for some reason. I’ll not be making that stop for dinner anytime soon....
