The gluten free rolls are made with a white pizza dough that has a very high GI that spiked my blood sugar when I ate the whole roll, but if I only had half a roll it was ok. The einkorn rolls are tasty but unfortunately a bit too yeasty and the setup of this is not professional, its a homemaker's hobby and you have to order days ahead and you have to be sure you can get to their home within a two hour window. I also ordered a fruit seed roll that had mold in it, and obviously because this is a home operation the usual health and safety standards are most likely not met. I did get a regular seed roll which was fine, but the prices are too high to keep buying goods that may or may not have mold in them. It's also too expensive to order ahead and have to forgo the order without refund because you can't make it over to their house to pick it up. Read moreExceptional bread. I have trouble digesting most breads, except REAL sourdough. Her sourdough is the real deal. Plus, her breads do not have the preservatives found in nearly all US brands and in most stores.
Haven't tried the pretzels, yet, though SO many rave about them.
She makes an amazing seed bread, aka "good for your gut" bread. No flour. SO good. Two bites is hearty enough to fill you for a while.
