Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Albuquerque

UPDATE: Got the same generic response as all the other bad reviews, already complained to BBB and replied to the email given in the "response" to my review. Not getting my hopes up seeing how they allow their employees to act...

Apparently they love employing discriminating managers now. My father and husband went in to order some pizza, this manager was EXTREMELY rude, he asked if they were picking up an order, they said no they were coming in to order. He walked away and left them standing there. When my father asked how long it would be he told them look at this board see all the red it's going to be a while and WALKED OFF AGAIN. Well of course I called asked for the manager, turns out HE WAS THE ONE WHO ACTED THIS WAY. When I told him how utterly disrespectful he was, and how he had absolutely no customer service he told me I was the one being rude. I asked his name several times, he refused. That's fine buddy I called corporate AND reported you to the BBB. Cudos to dominoes for employing discriminatory, rude, disrespectful managers. No wonder your store has...

Very rude GM! Despite being charged and getting a confirmation email, order was canceled by this store (this is what was stated in the app) without any notification (phone call, text, or email). The GM took no responsibility for his company’s error. Then he proceeded to tell me if I wanted to reorder the wait time would be 1hr-1hr 15 min and he could not put my order ahead of others that were submitted prior to mine. I was charged for the food and told that would be refunded in about 3 days. GM stated at the end of the call that there were other places I could order pizza from. We will no longer be ordering from this store despite having ordered from there for the last 3 years. When I first started using this Domino’s (about 7 months ago) I was really happy because every pizza I ordered was a “home run.” Fresh crust, lots of toppings... it was great! In the last 3 or 4 months, though, it’s all changed. Now when I order, no matter what time of day it is, the crust always seems kinda stale. Also, what is up with the cheese?? I always order double cheese. I used to actually get it! Now what I get seems to be a normal amount of cheese - not even what I would call extra. I’m talking pizza with big bald spots and a thin layer of cheese. I kept ordering from them, thinking it would get better again, but it hasn’t. So I’m done. I’m still giving them 3 stars because with a coupon the price is reasonable, and the staff members there are always nice...
