Bucks Dairy Quick — Restaurant in Alexander City

i ordered takeout , it was missing the 2 sides i asked for extra so i paid more for nothin .. i called when i was outside because it was paid ahead and they had 4 hours to prepare my order ,, anyways and I wanted to make sure i could walk in and pick up my food , I've been sick and was in my pajamas , there was no option to pick up outside . My order was prepaid for by my employer ,, not only was i shorted with my order , missing both extra sides but when i called from outside a lady answered , put the phone down and it was abandoned , i waited 6 minutes , I heard them cashin out other people over and over , the phone was never picked back up.. horrible customer service and I was cheated out of half my order .. I will never trust this place .. i paid $23 for a plate . i worked hard for this reward at my job. Worst experience in alex city EVER . my dog ate the toasted one piece of bread and I was like WOW That is a $5 piece of bread ! and she looked at me like i was a fool. the quality was LESS that you would find at walmart deli and the price was just a rip off. Not just bad food , but bad over all if you want...

I had a couple of procedures done at the Hospital and when they discharged me I call and placed an order with them. It was to be ready in 15 minutes. We got there in about 30 minutes, My husband goes in to pick it up and it still wasn't ready. We waited another 20 minutes and she said they were waiting on the fries, so my husband tells her to just forget about them, then she says well it's really the chicken we're waiting on. Then finally he got our order. After a long day at the Hospital we were so tired and hungry. Finally we're on our way home anticipating on the food and relaxing. But my husband's burger was So Greasey that he couldn't salvage any of it, my chicken was over cooked !!! So our dinner turned into our dogs dinner and we ended up eating a can of soup !!! So I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!! I'm sorry but that was our experience with them and had I felt like it we would have carried it back to them. But I feel like this is the Best thing to do is to give them this...

I have visited for lunch for the last 2 days. I have found the staff to be quite polite and friendly. The first day there was a little weight but to compensate for this they did give me a free sweet tea. Kudos for me :-) today I decided to call in my order since I am going during lunch hours and when I got there my food was already ready. The staff once again was very polite and friendly. My food is hot and fresh. I ordered pork chops with fried green tomatoes and broccoli and cheese with a roll. I think Bucks have a very nice menu and variety. I haven't tried their ice cream but hey who can mess up ice cream it all looks great here. If you are coming through the Alexander City area, I would recommend that you stop there if you have the time because it's not on the main Highway 280 is a little off the beaten path on Highway 22.
