I wouldn't mind how long it takes at this location or how often they mess up my order (I agree it's about every 4 out of 5 visits) if they were at least polite about it. Today I went inside because I could tell they were very busy. Not only was my coffee made incorrectly, when I politely said "I'm really sorry but I think this has too much sugar in it" The guy behind the counter argued with me and told me "that's just how it tastes when you order it." The girl at the register then stepped in and explained to him that he did make it wrong. He remade it (Still wrong) but at least tolerable and when I said "thank you very much for redoing that" he made a face and didn't respond. After waiting on the side for several more minutes, I asked the man making sandwiches if he had an order for a wake up wrap listed. Without turning around he said, "We have a lot of orders. You're just going to have to wait." I apologized and explained that I just wanted to make sure that I did order it and without answering, he threw the bag in front of me and ignored me. I then said "thank you again!" and despite hearing me, he completely ignored me. I'm sure that it is a very stressful job and customers can be very rude and demanding but a smile would go a...
Read moreThe Allenstown location for some reason seems to have employees with absolutely zero work ethic and customer service skills , the longest wait times , and constantly messes up orders regardless of customer volume. Example , today I ordered a coffee and the employee refused to lean forward so they could grab my money through the drive thru even after I asked politely if they could , so I had to get out of my car entirely after they dropped all of my money and just sat looking at me pick it up while smirking . Some of my money ended up rolling away and getting lost. So I had to use a card as a form of payment instead. I also had to remain standing outside of my car to grab my drink as to make sure he didn’t drop that as well. In my opinion, he seemed like he was high off of something and could barely function the way he was presenting himself also muttered a very snide “sorry about your money” comment before I drove off. I frequently visit this location because I live in the area. I’m seriously considering just driving farther out to a different location . I can see why the staff at this location is constantly revolving. Maybe they need...
Read moreHands-down one of the worst Dunkin' Donuts in the state of New Hampshire and here is why, you can clearly tell them what your order is in your and I get something completely different, one of their big things they're doing lately is watering down the coffee so you're literally drinking sugar and milk delicious the staff is rude and apparently it's OK to swear in front of the customers. If you're going to order a bagel sandwich I would suggest checking it before driving off apparently cheese is not part of it. If you order the bacon it is literally floppy not warm cold to the touch. they really need better management and people that don't know how to swear that work there. I'm gonna give you one star you really should just get zero. also the staff likes to sit around and ask you why you're still sitting in the parking lot in the drive-through window waiting for your food to arrive. America does not run on Dunkin' Donuts especially this one. also I asked for a blueberry hot coffee with two sugars and two creams what they gave me was to salt packets and cream. Absolutely...
