Manager was just a nasty person, rude and condescending. Tried to contact the real owners, no return call from them. Asked about a specific sandwich, which every Runza has always accommodated, to which the male manager said he would stop all the area stores from doing it. If they won't make it, that's fine just say "we can't do it anymore" instead of being a rude & nasty person about it. We've never been treated like this at any Runza and I've been eating at them for the last 28 years - I won't be patronizing this particular Runza again as a local patron. We spend an average of $45 to $55 per visit, we don't complain when the orders were continually incomplete or made wrong, we just let it go since they opened a year ago. Nastiness in a smaller area will end up ruining a good business, I think they need to rethink who is running this...

Boy howdy! I ordered the BBQ grilled chicken sandwich and it was absolutely heaven! The nice fella taking my order suggested the jalapeño ranch to dip the sandwich in, and man alive, it was delicious! Fries were also 10/10, but felt my heart fail a little at the amount of salt. My only complaint is that when I finished devouring, I went to the restroom, did my business, and had the intention of washing my hands but was met with an absolute heat wave in water form! Everyone in are house was sick and didnt want to cook. So we ordered through Doordash, And when what was supposed to be 15 minutes to get are order Turned into an hour and a half. I finally called runza ,to ask if we could just go pick it up are self? The lovely runza worker said that he would just deliver it to us himself.
