Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Allouez

We ordered 3 pizzas and brownie through the little Ceasar app. Driver shows up with 1 pizza. I called back in and asked about the other 2 pizzas. Location says they are not responsible. I asked for manager and Taylor came on the call. He told me to contact DoorDash but I told them we did not order through DoorDash but through the Little Ceasar app. I did not want to get caught between them. He then told me to contact them again and I told him I am not doing that. He then hung up on me after raising his voice. I called back in and I asked for manager which Taylor hung up on me again. Worst customer service ever. So now I don't have 2 pizzas and a brownie which I already paid for. Taylor should not be the manager for the way he talks to customers...

the counter guy made eye contact with me when I walked in as if to say " can I help you?" however, he didnt say anything so I said i had made an online order at which point he barked at me that he was busy. Quite rudely at that H's your typical "lives in mamas basement type" wont ever make it past shlepping pizzas. There was a gal there that he was helping that said she agreed with him. But she didnt see him try to engage me in the conversation when we walked in so her statemnt had no merit. We can't read your mind counter boy. Next time, please say " Ill be with you in a moment." Otherwise, it was a lil caesars...

Always great pizza at this location, I live next to the east side one and make the drive just for this location.

Shout out to whoever manages this location! The employees were trained right on making little c's pizza. My roommate, who worked at one, brought me one home every night, so I know lol.

I always do the pizza portal but never had any issues in our minor engagement, so customer service is always great!

Atmosphere is walk-in walk-out, so 1-3 staring it makes no sense unless theres druggies hanging around, which there is not. So 4 stars for simplicity, 5 stars for...
