I would give zero stars if I could. I went with myself and my two kids and there was a family ahead of us who were waiting for more people to join them. The staff was cleaning a table for them(very slowly) while we waited a long time and then they were eventually seated. Then a group of 8 came in behind us. They were promptly greeted and a table cleaned for them and then were seated while we stood there being ignored. One server finally noticed us and seated us at a table in the back room in the corner which wobbled ridiculously. My menu was really dirty and kind of grossed me out to be honest. We then sat there ignored for another excessive amount of time while we watched the two previous groups eating chips and salsa and having their order taken. The same guy who seated us saw us still sitting there and finally came and took our drink order. I don’t think we were even in his section so I give him kudos as being the only decent server there. The salsa was bland and and the hot salsa had a gross flavor and texture. Queso was just basic. My margarita was thick and a weird color but I drank it anyway because I wanted the booze at this point to help me hold my composure in the midst of my annoyance. When the food finally came, mine was cold and bland. It was the steak tacos. They brought my meal and my oldest daughters’ but not out third order, so my other daughter continued to wait a good ten minutes for her order and when it came it was also cold. After all of this, the waitress working our section came and asked if everything was ok, the only time she appeared to see us there or acknowledge us. It was almost insulting that she asked. On top of all of this, the bathroom was kind of gross and there was a long wait to use that as well. We were in town to go to the pumpkin patch and wanted to go somewhere new for fun and this place was anything but. The guy who took my money asked if everything was ok and I didn’t say anything because I probably would’ve ended up going full blown Karen and embarrassing my kids so I decided to come here with this review instead. We had lunch here and the food was amazing. I did order a peach margarita and asked for an additional shot of tequila on the side when I was served the margarita, I was told the shot was added to the margarita- which I didn’t ask for like that. Upon sipping on the drink- I noticed a couple of staff members watching me- and this included my waiter as well- (almost to see if I could notice no additional tequila added as requested in the drink) I also didn’t taste any peach flavoring and I find it odd how they put it in a solo cup. 2 families seated before me, even though I was there first. Finally one of the families told the waiter that 2 families were seated before me as I waited. I ordered beef torta extra jalapenos according to my waiter, got shredded pork, no jalapenos and had a bone in the sandwich. Of which I chipped a tooth.
