⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you’ve never been to Baked and Brewed Café, you need to change that immediately—like, “leave your laundry in the washer and go now” immediately.
I walked in and was greeted by the kind of warm, buzzing energy that makes you wonder if everyone here secretly knows each other—or if the coffee just makes everyone instantly likable. Ashley whipped up a Reuben that deserves its own fan club: perfectly toasted bread, juicy corned beef, melty cheese, and enough sauerkraut to make my taste buds sing the national anthem. It was so good I almost wrote it a love letter right there at the table.
Naturally, I paired it with a Red Eye coffee because if I’m going to enjoy life, I want to enjoy it wide awake. This wasn’t just coffee—it was rocket fuel in a cup. One sip and I was fairly certain I could lift a small car or at least reorganize my entire garage.
The atmosphere? Imagine your living room… if your living room had jumbo Jenga, checkers, chess, and indoor cornhole. Oh, and shelves of delightfully odd books like “P Is for Pterodactyl: The Worst Alphabet Book Ever,” which is exactly the kind of humor that pairs beautifully with caffeine.
Even though the place was busy, the service was flawless—like they have some secret system powered by kindness and espresso shots. I eventually claimed the big couch in the back (yes, the couch is real), settled in like I owned the place, and just people-watched while devouring my food. Honestly, it felt less like a café and more like a quirky little universe I didn’t want to leave.
Baked and Brewed isn’t just where you get lunch—it’s where you get revived, caffeinated, entertained, and maybe a little spoiled. Go once, and you’ll already be planning your second visit before you even finish...
Read moreGo local and forget chains even exist. The vibe here is cozy and eclectic, with cute décor, free WiFi, and the kind of service that feels warm and genuine every time you walk in. It’s the place you want to sit with a lavender latte (my favorite!) or grab something quick without sacrificing quality.
The food is where they really shine—everything I’ve tried has been amazing. The bahn mi, buffalo chicken wrap, dilly salmon sandwich, gyro with lamb, and the açaí bowl have been my favorites so far. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Their homemade sauces take everything up a notch (and I often get extra because I love sauces) and the smoothies are great for a quick filling option.
I also love that they’ve got plenty of grab-n-go options, interesting bubble waffles, and a big variety of drinks including lots of coffee teas seltzer drinks and even ice cream floats. The pastries are also to die for (chocolate croissant and spinach ham swirl have been my favorite so far).
There’s always something new to try. Whether you’re hanging out for a while or just running in, this place is a total gem and hands-down beats any cafe around.
I’m so glad they’ve stayed open longer this fall, and I hope they’ll stay open year round eventually! Don’t miss out during the summer tourist time, and order by phone or online in advance if you’re driving by for a quick...
Read moreI would consider paying double price for this magnificent cafe to be open 25 hours a day, 8 days a week. Each aspect of the Baked and Brewed experience is artfully crafted and heartfelt. The outdoor dining venue is eclectic and energizing. Flowers, cool tables, even yard games can be enjoyed during a summer's brunch. Indoors, there is always a fresh spread of local art, board games, and good music. The menu is full of variety, and each meal reflects the thoughtful manner in which the ingredients were selected and prepared. The service available from the food truck is also unparalleled. The owner's help in menu selection was indispensable when needing to feed over 200 people. Every person who attended the event left happy and full. Thanks,...
