I opted for the Southwestern Fire burger, and honestly, it was pretty average. None of the flavors really popped, and all the ingredients just kind of blended together into a bland taste. It wasn't bad, but it definitely didn't live up to its fiery name or left any desire to ever order it again. On the side, I got tater tots, and they were exactly what you want: nice and crispy. The service is where things really fell short. The staff seemed to have a very non-interested and casual attitude, and while they tried to be friendly, it felt pretty forced. When my server brought my drink, I was ready to order, but she just walked away without asking if I needed anything else. I waited about 15 extra minutes and actually had to flag her down as she passed by to ask if I could finally place my order. I honestly don't think she was planning on coming back to the table anytime soon. That lack of interest pretty much continued throughout my whole visit. Since it was my first time there, maybe that's just their normal way of doing things.

First time at this restaurant/bar. Loved the atmosphere. They had live music and a good show of people. Our bartender was awesome, she was funny and attentive. I ordered the salt house special burger, and my husband ordered the salt fork pretzel burger. Huge disappointments. Our fries were overcooked and brown. The salt house burger was so bland. Couldn't taste any seasoning in the meat at all. The pretzel burger had a thick very salty cheese that was overbearing in the burger. Beer was great! Just bummed the food wasn't as good as everything else we experienced there. Seems like a fun place though with arcade games and pool tables.

First time experience - Server's aren't very attentive and only a couple of them didn't look unhappy. It honestly had us ready to leave, we were all extremely glad we stuck it out cuz the food was beyond amazing. Would definitely go back for it.

While in town visiting family, we chose this restaurant for dinner based on its appealing menu and atmosphere. Upon arrival, we were seated promptly, and our drinks and appetizers were served in a timely manner, which set a positive tone at first.

However, the experience took a disappointing turn when it came to our main courses. There was a noticeable delay before our server returned to take our dinner order, and once the order was finally placed, we endured a lengthy wait for the food to arrive. Concerned about the delay, we brought it to the attention of a staff member. Unfortunately, the response we received lacked both understanding and professionalism.

Rather than acknowledging our concern, the staff member focused on disputing the wait time, citing the kitchen ticket time and insisting it had only been 36 minutes since the order was placed—without considering the additional time it took for our order to be taken in the first place. While we understand that busy nights can lead to longer wait times, it’s the approach to customer service that truly defines the experience. In this case, the lack of empathy and the dismissive tone left a negative impression.

We hope the management will take this feedback into account and consider training staff on how to better handle customer concerns with tact and professionalism. Great food and ambiance are important, but respectful and attentive service is what keeps guests...

Wish I could give 0 stars.. Just about every other Thursday I pick up 2 pork chop specials. Today I placed the same order. Unfortunately i get home and am missing both side salads and a pork chop... Therefore, I kindly called back and let them know about the missing items. The hostest was very nice and told me to come back up and they would straighten it out. Upon arrival she informed me that the the cooks told "Brad" (I guess the owner) that they indeed made 4 (you get two small chops with each order) pork chops. So still friendly I said, well ok what about the salads and she said Idk maybe someone just left them on the counter hold on I will get them for you. After literally 15ish minutes (I saw another table order and was receiving their food) I said its ok if your cooks and Brad want to call me a liar and make me wait this long for two side salads while half my other food is already cold at the house, they can just keep them. Sounds like they need it more than I do...Completly unprofessional and the audacity to tell a frequent customer that I am stone cold lying to their face about a couple salads and 1 pork chop is just mind boggling to me. Some people just don't have the correct mindset to be...
