Moulton's Kitchen & Market — Restaurant in Amherst

I very recently ordered the Poutine, what I received was not as Poutine described on Moulton's online menu. The menu, as of Aug 6th, 2021, described their Poutine as the obvious French fries, gravy, and cheese curds. I received potato tots, thickened French onion soup with shredded mozzarella cheese. It was haphazardly assembled and not at all what I ordered per Moulton's menu description. Upon pick up, no member of staff informed me of any changes to my order. I only discovered the un-enjoyable dinner with 100% substitution when I arrived home. My anticipated dinner promptly made it to the rubbish. My husband ordered a burger and fries meal. The burger was dry and the French fries undercooked - he threw away the fries. My daughter's chicken fingers were over seasoned with salt, and she also did not eat her dinner. You must be kidding me this place has 4.6 stars must be a misprint. I was there today 8.2.22 at 11"30 am .I ordered two ham and Swiss cheese on bulky rolls with mayo. After I waited for almost 30 min. I get my order in a bag go to the front counter and the girl said two sandwiches two drinks almost $30.00. WHAT.I am not happy at this time so out the door i go get into my truck as i am i a hurry and already lost 30 min so i drive off. My plan was to eat on the road. Moultons has a delicious country club sandwich (turkey, bacon. Lettuce, tomatoes), that comes with crispy, tasty fries. They also sell homemade dishes to heat and eat at home, this week they had pot roast or chicken cordon blue dish. They also have portions of different summer salads in their refrigerator section. This is take out neighborhood place also known for their pizzas. They have a dessert case as well and sell gourmet treats too.
