Outback Brewhouse — Restaurant in Amherst

I hosted my son's Wedding Rehearsal Luncheon here. It was a FANTASTIC experience!! Heather went above and beyond my expectations to make this party a screaming success!! As a new owner to Outback Brewhouse, she did everything humanly possible to put me at ease through every step of organizing this luncheon. Outback was spotlessly cleaned. She arranged a caterer for a delicious meal. And she even created some special decorations to honor my son and his fiancee! To add to her phenomenal customer service skills...she helped steam wrinkles out of the tablecloths I brought in!! But that is not all...the vast variety of beer was cold and delicious!! (Which was very much needed after the stress of organizing this luncheon!!) I cannot thank Heather and her husband enough for being so kind and friendly to me and all of my guests and making this a special memory for all of us!...

Ok…..so I rarely do this, but this place definitely deserves a review and not the good kind. We ordered 2 appetizers (dips) and that’s it. It was super slow and the waitress/bar tender/cashier was just talking. We ordered at waited almost an hour for dip. My husband went in and to use the restroom and made eye contact with the waitress/bar tender/cashier girl and she was like “oh crap” like she forgot our order. I had the fresh guacamole, which was good, and my hubs ordered the Buffalo chicken dip. His was minced down to basically a dressing. We ate what we could, and when we went to leave, the waitress/bar tender/cashier didn’t say a word. Just took out money and cont to talk. We left and went directly to another establishment. Pros…It was clean and had a clean restroom and...

This is definitely our new favorite place! My husband and I stopped in to start our day of brewery hopping, and we could have stayed all day (next time we will!) Super nice vibe with an awesome variety of beers for everyone. Brian was very knowledgeable about his beers and was able to help us pick a great variety for our flights. The Shark Bite and Lager and Red… and seriously every one that we tried- were fantastic. We can’t wait to come back when it’s warmer so we can sit on the back deck and enjoy the beautiful view. Thanks for such a wonderful experience, and we can’t wait to come back soon!!! ( and experience that “light’s out” night, too!!) :)...
