Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Anadarko

We have frequented the Braums in Anadarko for 30 years. The service varies from a few friendly faces to no smiles or welcoming at all.

The tables are ALWAYS dirty when we come in where we have to wipe the table and seats down before we can even sit. Not just one or two tables, but ALL OF THE TABLES ARE DIRTY EVERY TIME. condiments are usually always low and need replenished. Yes workers get busy but there are many times they are shooting the bull behind the counter knowing full well things need to be done. This has gone on for years. Different workers under different managers. Floors are also covered in old food as well and rarely ever do we see anyone cleaning anything. It is poor quality, poor service. Food tasted old tonight like it had already been cooked for a while because the order was ready in less time than usual.

I do not feel the Braums family cares about their stores anymore. I would imagine they do not even eat in any of the stores.

I worked food service myself years ago. Time management needs to be taught. How to go clean tables and replenish supplies between rushes of people.

It's not that hard but high school kids with first jobs do not know they should work hard and go above and beyond. It appears most adults working here need a lesson in it too. Hope it gets better.

Not much choice of places to eat in Anadarko...

My family & and ate dinner at this Braums in Anadarko, Wednesday, May 29th. We had family from out of town with us, plus many surrounding community ball teams eating there this evening, because Anadarko Little League was hosting for the week; their league tournament. The ice cream display windows were so filthy it was hard to see ice cream/labels & the stainless steal counters below display and cash register areas; along with restrooms and dinning room tables were dirty too. One costumer had to ask for a rag and cleaner to clean off a table to eat on. We saw plenty of employees working(counted 8). Ordered a bag of burgers for $5.99. All five burgers came out over done. Had the double meat cheese burger on my last sit down and eat visit and it was absolutely delicious. The whole milk is great, egg nog and ice cream are over the moon as is most of the menu. The chili is best during those cold winter months, but is available all year round. Reasonable priced menu both market and eatery. Separate restrooms for both male and female. I'm unsure if there's a changing room for the babies?
