She asked if I had a mask after ofc flippantly discounting me as a legit customer despite my proximity to the register. Only masked customers count, as it was. I did immediately ask if I needed to go get a mask from this roundish, unhealthy looking female. Frankly, if she was worried about her health..a mask wasn't the biggest priority. Apologies if your offended by your hypocrisy! I wasn't responded to and her actual "response" was an action as if helpfully handing me a mask. Read moreI have been eating at Popeyes since I saw my first location at Pearl Harbour when I was stationed there in the 80s. The chicken is delicious. I have continued to eat their every so often. I currently get my food at this location. The food is delicious so we eat there every couple of weeks. Recently I went and they changed their chicken batter. Thick and clumpy with no flavor. We won't be getting chicken here anymore, now that the chicken is tasteless. We might get blackened chicken strips as they are still tasty. The mashed potatoes and biscuits are still very good. Why change the one thing that brought people to your restaurant, your tasty chicken. I hope they change it back once they see sells drop off to nothing. Read moreThe people working here were the best. The group in line in front of us started picking a fight with the guy working and he patiently and graciously listened and offered solutions. (This happened several more times while we were there) They were a lot busier than it looked because of online orders (there were 7-8 in the queue) and remaking a huge order for Chicken Karen so it did take some time to get our food. The staff checked in repeatedly with us and apologized for the delay, even though we could see how hard they were working and kept telling them "you're fine, you're doing great, we work retail too so we get it, we'll be here when it's done." The food was perfect when it came. Really wonderful guys working here who handled some ridiculous people in a professional way. You should be proud...
