Andover Pizza — Restaurant in Andover

Andover pizza and pub is very clean and friendly servers. One problem very very slow. It took an hour and repeated asking if our 1 large pepperoni pizza was done! The pizza was soggy,. When you lifted the slice of pizza it was so limp, the cheese and toppings slid off. The entertainment was fabulous with Cruz Machine. The band was tje main reason I went. I wouldn't go there for the pizza sadly. The staff consisted of two people working the floor and bar! No wonder food took forever and orders lost. Beer on tap and goes up 50 cents when the band goes on?! I found that to be strange but I have to say thank you for not charging a cover. All in all, we had a good time. I feel they are understaffed and not use to a large crowd.I would like to say to the management, you need to serve coffee! Its cold weather, not everyone drinks alcohol, and also if someone needs to sober up, they may request coffee! I was told at 10:00 pm, " no coffee". Putting on even a half a pot of coffee can be done in a few minutes. You are a restaurant. What if someone wanted a Irish coffee or hot tottie? Not an unreasonable request since there is a...

Girl: yeah

Me: OK

Girl: thats it?

Me: yes, thank you

Girl: that will be 25 minutes

I shower up and paid 27 minutes later. 5 minutes after I paid the girl went in back asking for tenders. I then watched the cook get a bag of frozen tenders. I asked the Girl if they were just starting my order, she said "yes" 10 minutes later I received my order. I brought it my daughter (she has a 15 minute break) who had 3 minutes left to eat. When she opened the box, no fries or cole slaw!

I went back to andover pizza to let them know that i appreciated them trying but the order was wrong. They said "sorry, she's new" They offered the fries and cole slaw but I declined. I didn't want to live dangerous. Would you take food from someone you just...

Food is always one of the above: over cooked, under cooked, or extremely sloppily put together (we live nearby which is the ONLY reason we order from them when we do, but after LAST WEEK, we will NEVER order from them again). As of a week ago, they have an extremely RUDE girl answering the phone and taking orders. She was so rude, in fact, that I told her that because of her rudeness, I would order from a restaurant further away and get better food. I mean, they don't exactly have business lining up out the door, so that was a loss of revenue for 3 grinders, sodas, and dessert- all lost due to her rudeness, and a decent cash tip she would have received. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere. Honestly.
