I have always been fond of Casey's but in the last 5 years their pizza has gone downhill, the stores are often a mess, and I have noticed a number of issues with what they post for prices and what actually gets charged at the register. I have written emails to corporate on occasions in instances where the issue never gets corrected. At first I wasn't irritated by it because I thought it was a simple mistake and I was doing them a favor by letting them know. I now believe that this disconnect between posted prices and the price at the register is a strategy. That is the only explanation because it is so pervasive. This particular Casey's was the most recent offender. Posting a price for a product on their cooler door and then telling me at the register that the sale price that is posted on their product doesn't start until tomorrow. I do not remember the last time I went into a Casey's and did not have a discrepancy like this happen. I wanted desperately for Casey's to continue to do well with all of the other convenience stores popping up in the area, but I can no longer choose a Casey's over the other options because I have never had these kinds of issues anywhere else. A consistent error that always benefits the store is...
Read moreMy family has always loved Casey’s but this past weekend they went above and beyond! My son wanted Casey’s breakfast pizza for his grad party so I placed an order for 24 pizzas to be delivered at staggering times. The manager explained they go thru DoorDash so the time would be close but no guaranteed. The next day, my husband went into pay and the manager said she could tell I was nervous so she made arrangements for her own team to personally deliver all to my house on time! I was amazed at that service! They got all deliveries out on time, hot and delicious, and even let us keep the warming bags thru the party! You do not see this level of service anymore and I am forever grateful to them for easing my mind and making the party food perfect! Thank you Casey’s...
Read moreI stopped by for my last Casey's pizza on the evening of 9/25/24. We're moving to Alabama on 9/28, and I wanted to swing in and see Bob one more time before we're gone. We've been friends for about 25 years, and he's the reason why we always got our pizza from this location only. Bob was always good to my kids, especially Anna. Even though she's grown up now, and living in Oregon. He still always has a message for me to pass on to her. Anyway, Bob always ensures that when he makes a pizza it's made how he'd make it for himself. Simply put, his pizzas are perfect. Casey's should be very proud to have a guy like him...
