Wish this was a review of the food and not the customer service but 1 star is 1 too many. Called and ordered a pizza 3 hours ago and was quoted an hour until delivery. Gave it an hour and a half due to weather conditions and called to check on our order. We were told that the pizza was out for delivery and it would be arriving soon. Got a call 30 minutes later from the manager on duty telling me that the driver couldn't make it down the street and that I would have to go drive to meet the driver. When I tried to explain that I would go meet the driver and express my dissatisfaction I was cut off and then told that if I wanted my order my only option was to go drive and get it or sorry about it. After getting in my car and driving to the location I received a phone call informing me that the driver left and that I could be pick up my order at the store. Read moreThe Chicago style is bomb. This is not a nice sit down place with waiters and whatnot. Just a simple carry out place with some chairs and tables out front. Got a New York 16” with 2 (skimpy) toppings for $32 plus $2 in the jar. The NY was not a NY. It was a “thin crust” but that’s it. Rather than the edges having a nice, chewy crust border…this pizza faded into a crunchy, cracker-like, ragged-edge, thinness. It was overcooked and the edges were burnt. Don’t know what the hype is about? Maybe the Chicago, but not the NY. I don’t mind spending on a quality product. My NY was below average and way overpriced. ...
