As a resident of Pennsylvania, and knowing of the product.

Was excited to receive the load from Texas to Pennsylvania (back haul from Texas). With it being a broker load, the broker have all the correct information & details needed as a driver.

Knowing the place opened at 0600. I arrived by 0615, checked in, within the receiving door. Wasn't given a door right away, some confusion with the office.

Was told to park across from the dock and they'd be with me (been sitting for 45 minutes). 3 other trucks, docked and getting unloaded. We all play a part within the transportation industry, some respect would be appreciated.

Not sure if overnight parking is available, as there is a gate. Hours I was given 0600-2359, FCFS (First Come First Serve).
