
I have been a customer of Brothers for many many years. I have always had good things to say about them. Over the years I have ate at the restaurant and ordered delivery. The last few months my experience with Brothers has been awful. I have had burnt food, cold food, and food made incorrectly. My biggest issue is, every time i order a sub and either tell someone over the phone or put “NO MAYO OR OIL” in the notes online, they still put the may or oil on the sub. I just don't understand how hard it is to make a simple turkey sub correctly. This has happened probably at least a dozen times. I have talked to managers, one hung up on me one time, and one promised he would call me back when it took over an hour for a sub to be delivered for the second time because the first one they, of course, put mayo on, and he never did called me back. Surprise surprise. The managers are full of excuses and just keep saying its uncommon for this to happen to someone so many times in a row, even though I tell them how often it keeps happening to me. They just brush me off. I stopped ordering from them for a while and decided to try today. Again all i ordered was a turkey sub, with only turkey, cheese, and lettuce. I specifically told them no mayo or oil when i called in the order. When I arrived, I have learned to check the sub in my car, it had mayo. I have had enough, so I am done with Brothers. I am all for supporting local businesses and thats what I have tried to do, but apparently they could care less about some of their customers. Ill give my business to another...
Read moreIf I am being completely honest, I have never truly disappointed by my experience at this establishment. The food has consistently good and service has also been good. That being said. I was completely disappointed with the experience I had today. I ordered 20 wings for my father and I to enjoy. When I got home to enjoy the delish cuisine provided by the fine establishment, I was deeply disappointed. We were two wings short and our pizza didn’t have its beautiful appearance as it usually does. Luckily I am acquainted with an employee of Brothers pizza and expressed my concern. The gentleman goes by the name of Connor Porter. Mr. Porter showed exemplary customer service and was quick to take care of our concerns. Mr Porter apologized on behalf of Brothers pizza and continued to reassure me that they will work to do better. Now even though I was disappointed with how my food was handled, and am even more grateful for the stupendous customer service Mr Connor Porter showed me and my family. He made or concerns feel heard and reassured us that it will be better in the future. Read moreSo I oredered a take out with special instructions. When I arrived home I noticed the special instructions had not been met. I called back to the establishment and was advised that they would replace my order for when I wanted to order again. I tried to call this evening to redeem what was promised to me . After many word and getting on the phone with the manager I was told they would not be replacing my order bc I had already recieved my order and bc I ordered something with special instrustions they were not liable for the mistake. Horrible customer service if you ask me. I packed my child up in the car to pick up my order bc they dont deliever to my area so what good is ordering something from an establishment if you cant order your food the way you like it. I Will not be a returning customer as management does not seem to appriciate their customers because of a special order they cant seem to follow and then to turn around and place the blame on me.
